Job summary

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Analyst Lead to provide senior-level planning and coordination for executive activities in either Aberdeen, MD or Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of program-analysis, executive-support, or protocol experience.
• At least five years of experience applying protocol requirements in support of senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support Government visits, technical meetings, program reviews, demonstrations, and leadership engagements.
• Develop agendas, manage attendance, coordinate across organizations, and identify required subject-matter experts.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, briefing papers, read-ahead materials, and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct dry runs before senior-level meetings and briefings.
• Ensure meeting materials and activities comply with applicable security and protocol requirements.
• Support internal and external senior-leadership reviews.
• Coordinate the development, evaluation, and refinement of leadership briefings using Microsoft Office products.
• Support the preparation of annual technical reports and data-management plans.
• Coordinate inputs from divisions and ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Track actions, decisions, and follow-up requirements resulting from leadership engagements.
