Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Management to support Hotel Operations with data-driven decision making and KPI reporting. The role is based on-site at our headquarters and requires collaboration across shoreside and shipboard teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of analytics and reporting experience, strong MS Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years analytics, reporting, project coordination, or process improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and the MS Office suite.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SQM standards and SharePoint desirable.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and deploy special projects and fleet initiatives across Hotel Operations.
• Oversee budget and deployment of safety initiatives; track costs and timelines.
• Gather and analyze data from shoreside and shipboard sources to support decisions.
• Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for leadership.
• Prepare reports for fleet calls and distribute to departments weekly.
• Monitor KPI trends and support improvements.
