Job summary

Athenix Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support DoD/DoW budgeting, reporting, and governance in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. You will play a key role in PPBE, IT investment management, and POM activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with DoD and USCYBERCOM requirements.

The role focuses on developing budget submissions, coordinating BES/PB documentation, and delivering executive-level analyses and decision briefs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the DoD PPBE process and budget development.
• Knowledge of IT investment management and CIO reporting requirements.
• Ability to produce executive-level documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the DoD/DoW PPBE process.
• Develop and maintain SNAP-IT investment packages.
• Prepare BES and PB documentation within SNAP-IT.
• Update financial and program data and ensure accuracy.
• Develop executive reports, risk assessments, and briefs.
• Collaborate with leadership across organizations.
