Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Coronado, CA, seeks a Senior Program Analyst to manage Government IT programs and contract administration. You will oversee performance, deliverables, and acquisition documentation, coordinating with CORs and SMEs to ensure successful contract execution.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with DoD or Federal contracts. Proficiency in MS Office and executive reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant government experience may be substituted for formal education
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience developing executive reports and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Government contract administration activities.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and program milestones.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Track contractor performance against SLAs and QA metrics.
• Develop performance reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel.
• Maintain program documentation libraries and contract repositories.
• Review contract deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support program planning and administrative activities.
• Identify program risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop process improvements supporting contract execution.
• Provide monthly assessments of contract performance and program status.
