Job summary

Aminad Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support U.S. DoD clients with defense logistics and supply management. The role focuses on process improvement, organizational change, data analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines defense logistics experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into practical improvements for government programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and/or supply management supporting DoD.
• Strong understanding of DoD logistics policies and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex operational problems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise DoD and government clients on supply, logistics, and performance improvements.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead process transformation initiatives and document current and future states.
• Apply change management to support adoption of new processes and tools.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights for leadership.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
• Support systems management, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across logistics, contracting, operations, and technology.
