Overview

The Senior Program Analyst – Data Analytics leverages data analytics to support strategic planning and operational efficiency for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Armaments Cooperation activities to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Modeling: Develop and maintain forecast models for FMS, monitoring key metrics, and analyzing root causes of changes in metrics.
• Quantitative Analysis: Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and presenting data insights to understand operations and market trends.
• Dashboards and Reports: Build and analyze dashboards and reports to reveal system and market trends.
• Performance Measurement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve performance measurement and reporting.
• Business Rules: Develop business rules for using data sets from third-party vendors (e.g., Janes) and internal sources.
• Strategic Insights: Proactively monitor global markets to uncover future sales and cooperation opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience.

• Experience using tools like Tableau, Oracle, Excel, and others to analyze data efficiently at scale.

• Requires Secret clearance
