Overview:
The Florida Gaming Control Commission is responsible for exercising all regulatory and executive powers of the state with respect to legal gaming, including pari-mutuel wagering, cardrooms, slot machine facilities, oversight of gaming compacts, and other forms of gambling authorized by state law, excluding the Lottery, as well as directly enforcing Florida’s gaming laws and combatting illegal gambling activities.
The agency is overseen by five Commissioners who are appointed by the Governor, with Commissioners appointing an Executive Director who leads a team of nearly 200 staff members. The mission of the Florida Gaming Control Commission is to preserve and protect the integrity of gaming activities through fair regulation, licensing, effective criminal investigation, and enforcement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a multi-faceted position. This position serves the role of contract management auditor within the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) to improve overall processes and assists the Contracts Managers in planning, documenting, and monitoring contracts. Position is responsible for ensuring adherence strictly to established laws, rules, policies, and procedures. This position ensures quality assurance by performing compliance reviews of all FGCC contracts and purchase orders, then evaluating quality of processes and recommending improvements. The incumbent in this position reports to the Director of Administration. Produces work such as reports, measures, indicators, and evaluation tools that support objectives and those goals and objectives outlined.
Manage and oversee the budget allocation for all FGCC contracts.
This position also creates and manages FGCC escrow accounts, keeping accurate files and documentation on all FGCC Escrow accounts. Providing weekly reports to the Director of Administration.
Special program projects as assigned.
