Job summary

Tekla Research, Inc. seeks a senior analytic professional with a Secret clearance to evaluate program objectives, manage requirements, budgets and schedules for aircraft/weapon programs. The role involves data collection, risk management, and SOW drafting within government processes.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of combined experience in program analysis, supports contract execution, and will ensure compliant documentation and data management.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree required; substitutions allowed as listed.
• Over 10 years of combined experience in performing duties described.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with a secret clearance.
• Experience with drafting SOWs and familiarity with contract execution.
• Experience managing risk and using government processes for documentation and data management.

Clearance Required: Secret

Education Required: MA/MS degree. Allowable substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Experience Required: Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Salary

The projected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
