Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Senior Program Administrator (State Level Instructional Coach) Job Category URA-AFT Administrative Department GSAPP-Inclusive Schools Proj Overview In collaboration with the New Jersey Department of Education, Rutgers University is currently implementing the New Jersey Tier System of Supports for Early Reading ( NJTSS -ER) Project, an initiative funded by a U.S. Department of Education – Office of Special Education Programs ( OSEP ) grant to advance data-driven reading instructional supports in early elementary grades (K-3). The purpose of this project is to build capacity to implement NJTSS -ER via strategic school personnel development that includes synchronous and asynchronous training accompanied by coaching of school district leaders throughout New Jersey. The project aims to (a) increase state-, district-, and school-level capacity to implement NJTSS -ER; (b) increase the fidelity of NJTSS -ER implementation; and improve reading skills for K-3 students, including those with disabilities and/or requiring intervention.
