Job summary

Brillio in Coppell, TX seeks a Senior Profisee MDM & Microsoft Fabric Data Architect to lead master data management and data modernization initiatives. You will architect scalable data solutions, drive Microsoft Fabric migrations, and design enterprise data models aligned with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in data management with Profisee MDM and Fabric, strong SQL, and governance experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft data management technologies, including Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric, with leadership in data modernization.
• Experience in QSR, Retail, or Consumer Business domains is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable data management and MDM solutions using Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric for QSR and Retail environments.
• Lead data modernization projects, migrating legacy SQL-based platforms and ETL workloads to Microsoft Fabric with optimized performance.
• Develop enterprise data models, entity structures, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules.
• Configure Profisee MDM match-and-merge logic, duplicate detection, survivorship rules, validation logic, and data quality controls.
• Establish master data governance frameworks, stewardship workflows, approval processes, exception handling, and maintenance procedures.
• Define and implement data integration patterns between Profisee, enterprise applications, source systems, and downstream analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs and delivery plans.
• Communicate solution risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership.

Job requirements

• Experience Range: With at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft data management technologies, including Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric, and demonstrated leadership in data modernization within QSR, Retail, or Consumer Business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable data management and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric for Quick Service Restaurant and Retail business environments.
• Lead data modernization projects, migrating legacy SQL-based platforms and ETL workloads to Microsoft Fabric, ensuring seamless transition and optimized performance.
• Develop enterprise data models, entity structures, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules tailored to business-critical operations.
• Configure Profisee MDM match-and-merge logic, duplicate detection, survivorship rules, validation logic, and implement data quality controls.
• Establish master data governance frameworks, stewardship workflows, approval processes, exception handling, and maintenance procedures.
• Define and implement data integration patterns between Profisee, enterprise applications, source systems, and downstream analytical platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs and delivery plans.
• Communicate solution recommendations, risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment and expectation management.
