Job summary

Trimble is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive software implementations from inception to completion within its AECO-focused Professional Services team. You will lead cross-functional matrix teams and deliver high-value outcomes for major client accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile.
• Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants.
• Coordinate dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.
• Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.
• Masterfully mitigate project risks while establishing accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.
