Job summary

Trimble UK is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to drive software implementations from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to deliver high-value business outcomes in a dynamic construction technology environment.

In this role you will coordinate resources, manage risks, and guide customers through change management and data workflows, with travel up to 10% and support for ERP/PSA projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of PMBOK or Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading remote, matrixed teams.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.
• Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

• Prior experience within a consulting or professional services ecosystem.
• Proven track record managing ERP software implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
