Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Green Glove engagement program from planning through execution.

You will coordinate activities, craft clear communications, and ensure events and recognition programs run on schedule with stakeholders across the enterprise. You will analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvements, maintain comprehensive program documentation, and collaborate with MarketPoint and partner teams to align initiatives and drive impact.

Job description

Core Responsibilities
  • Program Operations: Coordinate and execute Green Glove engagement activities, communications, events, and recognition programs. Manage deliverables and ensure initiatives are executed consistently, professionally, and on schedule.
  • Content and Communications: Develop, review, and refine communications, presentations, training materials, and engagement content. Ensure content is clear, engaging, customer-focused, and aligned with the Green Glove brand while driving desired behaviors and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve engagement activities, processes, and program effectiveness. Analyze feedback, performance metrics, and operational insights to uncover root causes, develop recommendations, and support implementation of improvements that increase program impact.
  • Program Support and Coordination: Support the planning, testing, rollout, and ongoing management of Green Glove initiatives. Coordinate with business partners, track progress, manage logistics, and help translate ideas into operational execution.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain program documentation, engagement metrics, activity calendars, and reporting. Monitor program effectiveness and provide regular updates on participation, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective working relationships across MarketPoint and partner teams. Gather input, coordinate activities, and help build alignment around Green Glove initiatives and experience improvements.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Medicare Sales environment.
  • Experience building new programs, engagement strategies, or employee experiences from concept through implementation.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ associates through training, communications, engagement, or culture initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project, change management, or continuous improvement credentials.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning, engagement, or behavior-change programs.
  • Experience managing vendors, recognition programs, incentive programs, or large-scale engagement initiatives.
Additional Information

This position may require some travel.

This position operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
