Company Description

See how Epsilon powers connected marketing by unlocking the full potential of data and identity.

Overview
How You'll Make an Impact

As a Senior Professional, Client Leadership, you'll own and grow a portfolio of about 45 nonprofit relationships. These include some of the country's most recognized national organizations, plus several in Canada. Their causes range from animal welfare and conservation to medical research, hunger relief, veterans, international aid, human rights, education, and arts and culture.

You’ll support brokers, agencies, and nonprofit fundraisers and marketers in their work to find, engage, and keep donors using Epsilon’s data and audience solutions. If you love data and want your work to support causes people care about, this is the role for you.

You’ll be a trusted, data‑savvy partner who brings a clear point of view, solid analytical thinking, and reliable follow-through. You’ll help clients use and scale Epsilon’s solutions across direct mail, digital, and emerging channels.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
  • Revenue growth: Meet and exceed sales targets across your book of business by deepening adoption of Epsilon's data and audience solutions and expanding what clients use.
  • Client success: Build tailored data strategies that solve each organization's fundraising challenges, including donor acquisition, reactivation, retention, and mid-level and major donor identification.
  • Partner relationships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with list brokers, agencies, and nonprofit client teams so you become their go-to data partner.
  • Strategic collaboration: Work with Epsilon's analytics, product, and delivery teams so execution is seamless and client results are measurable.
  • Account management: Own account planning, business reviews, forecasting, pricing, and agreements for your portfolio, keeping operations running smoothly and clients happy.
  • New opportunities: Find whitespace across your accounts, shape solutions, and turn conversations into closed business.
Qualifications
Who You Are
  • A relationship-builder who enjoys working with external partners and who earns trust by being responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
  • A consultative seller who connects client goals to the right Epsilon solutions and can explain the "why" behind a data recommendation.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior fundraising and marketing leaders, communicating clearly, and handling negotiations while keeping relationships strong.
  • Organized and proactive. You can juggle many accounts at once, prioritize well, and follow through.
  • Curious and collaborative. You're eager to learn, share ideas with your team, and help shape how nonprofits use data.
  • Motivated by mission. You like knowing your work helps organizations raise more money for causes that matter.
What You’ll Bring With You
  • Experience: 3-5 years in client-facing sales, account management, or client services, ideally in nonprofit fundraising, direct response, data, or marketing services.
  • You're familiar with nonprofit fundraising, including direct mail, list rental and exchange, cooperative databases, modeling, and digital donor acquisition. You also understand how third-party data drives acquisition, retention, and personalization.
  • You're comfortable interpreting campaign results, audience insights, and performance data, and turning them into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • You work well with cross-functional partners such as sales, product, analytics, and delivery to get results for clients.
  • You're interested in emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and digital activation, and how they can drive fundraising innovation.
  • You have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and a team-first attitude.
  • You're able to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
