Arcosa Lightweight is seeking a Senior Production Worker for our Livingston, AL plant

In this role, you will support a positive safety culture by directing activities and staff within a 24/7 aggregate environment regulated by MSHA safety standards. As a Senior Production Worker, you will be part of the production team to manufacture our products.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety rules, procedures, and regulations
• Perform assigned tasks safely and effectively
• Maintain equipment and work areas
• Operate front end loader, bobcat, and dump truck as needed
• Perform inspections and document discrepancies
• Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including PPE usage
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Prompt, reliable attendance
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 60 pounds, and work outdoors in various conditions
• On-the-job training provided
• Experience operating front end loaders, bobcats, and dump trucks preferred
