Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a lead fabricator to perform MIG welding on flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds in a fast-paced, air‑conditioned shop. This three‑day weekend schedule runs Fri–Sun, 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m., with 36 hours paid as 40.

You will read blueprints, perform first articles, and log counts for OEM production. We value accuracy, safety, and efficiency, and offer an ESOP, quarterly pay reviews, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation.
• Competence in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions.
• Experience with mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality MIG/GMAW welds that meet OEM specifications.
• Run first‑article inspections and submit to QA before production release.
• Log production counts accurately for parts accountability and throughput tracking.
• Sequence work by complexity, welding method, and estimated completion to keep jobs on time.
• Support related fabrication tasks to maintain flow and safety.

The Schedule & Pay

Fri–Sun, 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m.

Work 36 hours, get paid for 40.
