Qualifications

• 7+ years building production test systems or end-of-line testers.
• BS in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own design, delivery, and sustainment of production testers and calibration stations for aircraft, dock, pod, and subassembly builds.
• Define tester acceptance criteria and production release criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Architect and implement testers including harnessing, DAQ, sensors/actuators, and safety interlocks to meet cycle-time targets.
• Implement test automation and data pipelines to enable high-throughput flows and production dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional launches and coordinate validation, training, and calibration schedules.
