Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Read, understand, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform complex assembly and production activities involving components and subassemblies.
• Position, align, fit, and assemble parts according to specifications and tolerances.
• Interpret dimensions, tolerances, and technical requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Measure and verify components and assemblies for compliance with specs.
• Identify improper fits, incorrect components, or material discrepancies and resolve where possible.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area with proper PPE.
• Support production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
