Job summary

Airswift seeks a Production Tech IV to support flowback operations and early-life production in the Delaware Basin. You will work closely with operations, engineering, automation, and field service teams to optimize well performance while maintaining safe, reliable operations.

Required is 10+ years in oil and gas with experience in flowback, support for newly completed wells, and strong data validation skills. Valid driver’s license and field experience in active oil fields are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in oil and gas production and flowback operations.
• Experience supporting newly completed wells through flowback and transition to normal production.
• Experience in active oil and gas field environments with changing well and equipment conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support flowback operations and early-life production in the Delaware Basin.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated choke systems and flowback control panels.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating readings against field conditions and gauge data.
