Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Product Support Representative to serve as a technical and consulting resource for Oncology-related Ontada products.

You will provide third-level support for the Production and some lower-level environments, acting as a technical resource in all phases of design, implementation, testing and deployment of the product lifecycle, including post- production support. The role requires a 4-year degree and 7+ years of oncology experience, plus 4+ years with iKnowMed Gen 2 EHR.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with iKnowMed Gen 2 EHR.
• 7+ years of oncology experience in clinical/administrative roles.
• Ability to take ownership of complex issues and resolve with a team.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level production support for Ontada technology products.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy lifecycle solutions in production and non-production environments.
• Lead incident management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document processes, flowcharts, and procedures to support production architecture.
• Assist in product development ceremonies and post-production support plans.
• On-call rotation during Major/Minor release initiatives or incidents.
