Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7–10 years in high-volume manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with time studies, labor standards, capacity analysis, line balancing, and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production performance by line, shift, product, and process to identify losses and improvements.
• Develop capacity models, labor standards, staffing models, and performance measures.
• Conduct time studies, bottleneck analysis, and line balancing to improve output and reduce waste.
• Evaluate cycle time, downtime, and material flow to identify constraints; propose improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and build business cases for improvements.
