What you'll do...

Safety First:

Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.

Driving Operational Excellence

You will build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with your team and all partners, including suppliers, through transparent communication and a willingness to listen, fostering a psychologically safe environment.

Accountability & Fairness
