Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Software Engineer to develop product-agnostic software for production teams, working across software and production groups to boost automation and efficiency.

You will design hardware testing strategies, analyze data for trends, and drive system architecture initiatives while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CS/EE/CE)
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience with Linux, Git, and networking
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop product-agnostic software solutions to optimize production efficiency and product quality
• Design and implement hardware testing strategies and tools
• Collaborate across software and production teams to enhance automation
• Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures and tools
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvements
• Provide feedback to design teams for product enhancements
• Conduct root cause analysis to triage production and process issues
• Lead system architecture designs of technical initiatives
