Job summary

Intralox L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment, seeks a Senior Production Scheduler for Sparrows Point, MD to optimize production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas while balancing customer demand, material availability, labor constraints, and capacity.

The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service to proactively identify risks and maintain high schedule attainment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of production scheduling or planning experience.
• 5+ years ERP planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, inventory, demand analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle EBS (OM, WIP, BOM, Inventory, and MRP) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills including data modeling, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI or BI tools to analyze performance.
• Ability to develop capacity models, perform scenario analysis, and identify solutions to constraints.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex production schedules across multiple manufacturing cells and value streams.
• Perform capacity analysis and scenario planning to support demand and priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to throughput and schedule performance.
• Analyze demand patterns, orders, and constraints to support decision-making.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts involving material, labor, equipment, and capacity.
• Develop and maintain advanced planning, scheduling, and capacity reports.
• Utilize ERP tools to forecast capacity requirements and measure performance.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes impacting schedules.
• Provide data-driven schedule risks and capacity recommendations to leadership.
