Pankl Aerospace Systems, a leading manufacturer of high precision aerospace components, is seeking a Production Scheduler to outline, schedule, and manage production and inspection of complex machined parts. You will build schedules, track progress, and analyze capacity and production reports using expert Excel skills.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in metal manufacturing, 5+ years’ experience in metal manufacturing, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in metal manufacturing; Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Expert-level Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, pivot charts, conditional formatting, power query, and advanced charting techniques.
• Must have experience working within strict production and manufacturing deadlines.
• Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent organization, people and communication skills.
• Fluent and effective English written and verbal communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Production planning and scheduling preparation
• Analyze and monitor Sales Forecast
• Ongoing awareness of raw material inventory and WIP-release requirements
• Preparation of workorder / binders, and any re-wip requirements
• Develop and maintain master schedule of production sequences such as Production Waterfall Chart
• Monitor project status and expedite operations to resolve unforeseen schedule delays
• Prepare periodic production reports
