Job summary

Voith US Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Production Scheduler to plan and schedule manufacturing to ensure on-time product delivery. You will allocate labor, materials, and equipment, coordinating with production, procurement, and service teams to balance capacity with demand.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, drive improvements, and maintain accurate schedules while communicating clearly with stakeholders to meet customer commitments and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or inventory management.
• Experience with JD Edwards and/or manufacturing planning systems.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and customer service to meet delivery requirements.
• Schedule equipment availability for maintenance.
• Improve data quality to increase schedule accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
