Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years, or 6+ years without a degree.
• Experience in manufacturing environments as a production planner or scheduler is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP/MPS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages and optimizes internal master schedule for assigned programs with Manufacturing Eng. and Material Management.
• Releases work orders to production based on schedule, material availability and capacity; manages complex scenarios.
• Monitors master schedule conformance using ERP systems; expedites items as needed.
• Oversees metrics: efficiency, floor inventory, on-time delivery; reports variances and actions.
• Manages floor stock and advises on inventory optimization strategies.
• Coordinates scheduling of shared equipment and personnel with process owners.
• May supervise projects or mentor staff in the job area.
