Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Alamo, Tennessee is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler to lead production planning across multiple lines, ensuring resources and materials align to deliver high-quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling
• APICS CPIM or CSCP is a plus
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines
• Use APS and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and monitor execution
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, sales, and quality teams

• Strong expertise in APS tools and ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
