Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• MSc is highly desirable for advanced roles.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Champion standard quality principles from defect detection to root-cause and preventive action.
• Establish and enhance quality control processes where appropriate.
• Enforce process quality control and defect countermeasures with suppliers, CM partners, and internal teams.
• Perform product-level failure analysis and design experiments to substantiate findings.
