Aufgaben

• Lead production scheduling activities to balance customer demand, inventory requirements, and manufacturing capacity.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage finished goods, raw materials, consignment, obsolete, and excess inventory to optimize working capital and service levels.
• Maintain product master data, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and item setup within JD Edwards.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and product revisions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, schedule attainment, inventory turns, and customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop scheduling and inventory control personnel.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives.
