Job summary

Quest Oracle Community seeks a Corporate Production Planner to develop and maintain master production schedules across multiple plants and product lines, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.

You will serve as the key link between demand planning, manufacturing operations, procurement, and supply chain leadership, driving planning excellence at the enterprise level and supporting SIOP inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning or master scheduling in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP at corporate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules across multiple sites.
• Align production capacity with demand, inventory targets, and revenue goals.
• Communicate priorities to plant-level planners and operations.
• Partner with demand planning, materials management, and procurement to balance supply and demand.
• Resolve capacity constraints, bottlenecks, or quality issues with manufacturing and engineering.
• Manage planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) in ERP/MRP systems.
• Drive standardization of planning processes across sites.
• Monitor frozen planning window adherence and escalation procedures.
• Track KPIs (schedule/adherence, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turns).
• Provide leadership with visibility on production readiness and constraints.
