Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to own production planning for service parts and spare components in a regulated, high-volume environment. You will translate forecasts into actionable production, procurement, and inventory plans while balancing demand with capacity and material availability.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Service teams, supports S&OP, and drives continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience supporting planning functions.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and MRP.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning and supply chain experience in medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience supporting service parts, aftermarket, repair materials, upgrade programs, and installed-base products.
• Advanced SAP expertise including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, and MRP strategies.
• Power BI experience, including report administration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD).
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation projects.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
