Job summary

Mural is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer manufacturer to fill senior-level production roles at their facilities. We are seeking experienced senior operators who can qualify across multiple production areas, use SAP, operate a forklift, and contribute to training newer team members.

This on-site, overnight third-shift opportunity in Holden, MA requires 3+ years in blending/extrusion, SAP proficiency, forklift certification, and the ability to lead and train others while

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in blending, mixing, extrusion, or plastics/chemical manufacturing.
• SAP production transactions experience; able to work independently.
• Forklift certification and comfortable in a chemical environment.
• Able to train and mentor other employees.
• 3rd shift overnight availability; Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending and extrusion machinery across all areas.
• Weigh ingredients to recipe specs; monitor production and troubleshoot overnight.
• Complete SAP production transactions independently.
• Take samples for quality control and bring batches into specification.
• Train new and returning employees on production processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork during overnight operations.
• Complete production logs, batch records, and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Follow ISO, EHS, and safety rules; maintain housekeeping.
