Job summary

ShopFully is hiring for an ML Engineer to own end-to-end production ML systems. You will build and monitor models and features at scale, using Python, Spark, and Databricks, with strong focus on MLOps and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into the Audience Platform and drive experimentation and optimization in a fast‑growing, European tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and proven ML lifecycle experience.
• Strong coding and data engineering foundation for large-scale pipelines.
• Experience building production ML systems and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML systems: design, build, deploy, monitor production models.
• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering at scale with Spark/Databricks.
• Implement MLOps practices including model registries and drift monitoring.
• Collaborate on Audience Platform integrations for production use.
• Design offline evaluations and A/B tests to validate models.
• Ensure privacy and regulatory compliance in modeling work.
