Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day production operations.
• Directly manage and support 10 Team Leads across multiple production lines.
• Lead, coach, and develop a workforce of approximately 90-100 employees.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, workflow, and performance metrics.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives and growth goals.
