Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operations related areas; experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide total cell leadership in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Direct process improvement programs and promote process method excellence.
• Lead cell to achieve goals in process improvement, quality, and cost reduction.
• Ensure communication of key business/customer issues to employees.
• Plan and manufacture production with support from Planners, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Ops resources.
• Meet labor standards, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with customer policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Promote Lean and visual metrics for sustainable culture.
• Select, hire, train, and develop team leadership.
• Structure organization and staff to meet objectives.
• Provide supervision and career development support for staff.
