Job summary

The Mapleton Foundry at Caterpillar seeks a skilled operations leader to manage day-to-day shifts in a high-volume engine block and cylinder liner machining setting. You will provide strategic leadership for machining, production quality, maintenance, and material flow to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality components.

Lead staffing and performance programs, drive safety and efficiency improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Production training: delivering formal and informal training on safe, efficient operation of production machinery.
• Influencing: effective tactics to impact decisions within and outside the org.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
