Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Advanced Production Manager in Puyallup, WA to lead the location's Production department and complete a 24‑month curriculum to prepare for a Rental Production facility leadership role. You will oversee staff, budget, and customer service, while driving improvements and long-range planning.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and relocation ability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and formats.
• Ensure production systems and processes in the assigned area stay on schedule daily.
• Maintain effective internal communications and update as needed.
• Support knowledge management by following established procedures.
• Investigate questions about programs and procedures to understand operations.
• Review financial data with Plant Manager daily/weekly/monthly to control costs.
• Navigate processes and precedents to interpret data and find answers.
• Be accountable to department KPIs during the time spent in each department.
