Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager to lead our production department under the Plant Manager. The role includes developing a high-performing team, controlling inventory, and managing the budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will participate in short- and long-range planning to meet location goals. You will be responsible for data analysis, KPI achievement, and maintaining smooth production processes across assigned areas, with a 24-month path to lead a Rental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to relocate for the position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to lead the Production department daily.
• Hire, develop and manage a high performing team.
• Monitor performance and customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and budget; address operational issues impacting service.
• Contribute to short- and long-range planning of location goals.
• Analyze data and ensure Production systems run on schedule.
• Maintain internal communications and support knowledge sharing.
• Meet department KPIs during tenure in each area.
