Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead day-to-day production execution across assigned brands and categories. You will own production orders from development handoff through final shipment, managing cost, quality and delivery while partnering cross-functionally to support objectives.

You will collaborate with global sourcing offices, vendors and factories to drive efficiency, manage calendars and risks, and ensure adherence to brand standards and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail oriented with analytical capability.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing cost, quality, timing.
• Extensive knowledge of product manufacturing and production processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years in production, sourcing or supply chain with vendor management.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/PLM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production execution across assigned brands and categories.
• Own and manage production orders from placement through final shipment.
• Manage vendor and factory performance across cost, quality, delivery.
• Plan production calendars and critical path milestones.
• Ensure product meets quality, testing and brand standards.
• Lead troubleshooting of production issues and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet objectives.
