Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead high-volume imaging hardware production and manage a team of skilled technicians. You will drive daily production goals, ensure quality and safety, and mentor staff while coordinating with senior leadership on priorities and resources.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, strong communication, and strategic delivery across programs, with eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance.

• 7+ years in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production

ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Production Manager role requires both frontline technical and people management skills, placing you at the forefront of fostering team development and overseeing day-to-day delivery operations for our complex hardware platforms. Success in this pivotal position demands consistent achievement across team management, operations, and financial goals, ensuring the delivery of world-class, mission-critical products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead Production Operations:Oversee the production of a product line, managing a team of talented technicians to ensure efficient production and delivery of imaging hardware.
• Drive Daily Production Goals:Strategically manage a production plan which solves for the desired production performance outcomes. Tactically direct daily operations to meet target on-time delivery goals.
• Champion Quality & Safety:Ensure quality and safety standards are followed, minimizing defects and fostering a safe working environment.
• Develop & Mentoring Talent:Actively coach, mentor, and support production technicians, fostering professional growth and cross-training within the team.
• Lead Continuous Improvement:Implement 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Strategic Communication:Effectively communicate priorities, production progress, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production, with 3+ years in a senior production management role.
• Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems, coupled with a deep understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs).
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation (drawings, schematics, WIs) and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

US Salary Range

$167,000 - $220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
