The General Manager of Production is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets including but not limited to production paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, safety, problem solving, etc. Accountable for performance, safety, quality, workers’ compensation, turnover, morale, and other duties as needed.
Relocation assistance available.
Work shift: 2nd shift.
Pay range: $83,000 - $173,000.
Incentives include annual incentive plan; long-term incentives not available.
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, etc.
