Expect on-call duties and collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Facilities to meet site priorities. The role demands leadership, preventive maintenance expertise, and hands-on problem solving in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 6+ years equipment maintenance experience in GMP or related field.
• Experience with pneumatics, boilers, validated systems and standby power.

Aufgaben

• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and documents work orders in CMMS.
• Maintains cGMP-compliant documentation under QA/QMS.
• Supports capital improvement projects and coordinates contractors.
• Leads teammates, fosters teamwork and shares knowledge.
• Manages spare parts inventory and coordinates with Engineering.
