Qualifications

• Experience supervising production and/or operations in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Safety and Quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees involved in production and/or operation functions.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower and equipment.
• Participates in operational meetings and tracks performance metrics.
• Responds to operations issues to meet customer requirements.
• Ensures safety training compliance and documents EHS training.
• Develops staff through training, goals, and coaching.
• Supports capacity optimization and real-time data reporting.
• Drives Lean, Safety and Quality improvements and corrective actions.
