Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Building products manufacturing experience desired.
• Knowledge of general safe work practices.
• Proven problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift (days/evenings) and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production Supervisors and operators to meet production, quality, safety and reliability targets.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve competitive position and drive value.
• Supervise and coordinate production to improve EHS, reliability, quality, and costs.
• Lead shift teams to maintain injury-free operations.
• Develop teams through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor product quality and provide safety training and direction.
