Job summary

Clyde’s Donuts is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead donut production and packaging across multiple lines. You will ensure performance meets standards, manage labor and materials, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

Location is Addison, IL, with a first shift from 1:30am to 10:30am and a six-day schedule including Sundays. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience in food processing, with strong data analysis, GMP/SQF/OSHA knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; business/economics/engineering preferred.
• Food processing or packaging supervisory experience in automated, high-speed environment.
• GMPs, SQF, OSHA regulations knowledge.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data, reports and plant performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; LEAN knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup/setup of line, packaging, and labeling machinery; manage changeovers and breaks; ensure effective end-of-shift handoff.
• Review daily production schedules; determine labor, ingredients, and packaging material needs; adjust accordingly.
• Inspect and measure raw/ finished products; adjust equipment to meet specs.
• Prepare and evaluate production-related reports.
• Lead continuous improvement: monitor KPIs, pursue process improvements for safety, efficiency and waste reduction.
• Foster a positive team culture; address performance issues; train and coach employees.
