Dow's Ardmore, OK facility seeks a Senior Production Engineer to provide on-site engineering support and technical leadership, enhancing equipment availability and safe, cost-competitive production.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and subject matter experts to solve problems, apply MET, lead root cause investigations, and support compliance and continuous improvement through reliable processes and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or related experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, maintenance, and SMEs to solve problems and optimize performance.
• Apply MET, process automation, and operating discipline to drive safe, efficient operations.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations for asset utilization losses and equipment failures.
• Provide technical guidance during procedure development and reinforcement of critical steps.
