Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree is required.
• 5–10 years in the Chemical/Refining Industry or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Acts as site production and business technical resource.
• Leads and coordinates production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Coaches plant personnel to resolve technical operations issues.
• Performs process hazard analyses and root-cause investigations.
• Oversees capital and expense improvement projects and acts as project manager as needed.
• Supports EH&S and regulatory compliance activities.
