Job summary

NVIDIA DGX Cloud builds and operates large-scale GPU infrastructure for AI workloads. We seek Software Engineers with SRE/Production Engineering experience who have hands-on bare-metal NVIDIA systems expertise to move GPU capacity to production services.

Role involves building automation for provisioning, validation, and upgrades, plus incident response. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production infra, Go/Python, and direct BMC/Redfish experience with NVL72 systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software for or operating production infrastructure, including bare-metal work.
• Strong Go or Python skills with a track record of production automation.
• Direct experience with BMC and Redfish in provisioning, health, power, or fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on with NVIDIA GPU hardware (NVL72) and BlueField-3 or newer DPUs.
• Linux experience, firmware/driver management, and server lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build automation for bare-metal provisioning, validation, upgrades, repair, and lifecycle management.
• Create tooling interacting with BMC/Redfish to monitor health and manage server state.
• Handle NVL72 systems and DPUs across cloud partner and on‑prem environments.
• Diagnose failures across hardware, OS, networking, and Kubernetes; automate fixes.
• Define validation criteria for safe, consistent capacity entry into production.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, root-cause analysis, and durable solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware, networking, platform, and ops teams across boundaries.
