This role requires a unique blend of creative and technical skills to produce high-quality design assets that reflect the Boom brand. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accuracy and quality in your designs while managing vendor relationships for production. This position offers a competitive salary range of $138,979-$175,768, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design with a strong emphasis on brand representation.
• Ability to create high-quality digital and physical design assets.
• Experience working in a technical environment alongside engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual output of the company including digital assets and facility graphics.
• Build master templates and style guides for brand consistency.
• Create accurate visual communications of engineering milestones.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control of produced items.
